$206 Million Dollar M Resort Casino Expansion in Vegas

M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson is gearing up for a huge milestone as it celebrates the grand opening of its $206 million expansion on December 3, 2025. The event will unveil the brand-new East Tower, expanded meeting and event spaces, and a refreshed casino floor. Resort leaders, special guests, and community members will gather at sunset for ceremonial remarks, a ribbon-cutting, and a vibrant light display designed to highlight the resort’s growth and its place in the Las Vegas Raiders community.

The celebration continues at 6 p.m. with a 500-drone light show over the property, followed by surprise musical performances and a screening of Elf on M Resort’s massive 800-square-foot LED screen. Guests can enjoy s’mores and hot chocolate by the firepits while taking in the festivities. The expansion nearly doubles the resort’s capacity, adding 375 new rooms, the 15,000-square-foot Montese Ballroom, and upgraded gaming areas including a redesigned table games pit and a fully refreshed high-limit room—marking a major new chapter for the Henderson resort.
